The following legal notice (hereto referred to as “Legal Notice”) refers to all access, browsing and/or web utilization of AGQ LABS TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICES, with headquarters in Ctra. A-433, Km 24.3, 41220, Burguillos, Sevilla, with NIF B91447318.

AGQ Labs provides users an array of web services comprised of data management analytics (“BeSafer” platform) and document and information sharing about products, services and industry-related news.

AGQ user-corporate relations are governed by Spanish jurisdiction and legislation. In the event of a dispute, both parties – AGQ and USER – agree to resolve differences via the Spanish court and justice system of Seville, Spain (los Juzgados y Tribunales de Sevilla, Espana); both parties renounce the involvement of third-party jurisdiction regardless of pertinence.

Both AGQ and USER may also agree to dispute settlement via a secondary arbitration system, also governed by Spanish jurisdiction: la Sistema Arbitral de Consumo. Such proceedings can be done if and only if compliance exists with said body’s established web-usage arbitration and governance policies.

By accessing AGQ’s web services users are in no way establishing a commercial relation.

AGQ reserves the right to modify as needed and without prior notice web-based contents and services. This means the addition, deletion and adaptation of current information as well as presentation format and URL/server localization changes.

All contents of www.agq.com.es, www.agqlabs.com, and any other web-based presence (including all data, images, photographs, drawings, graphics, and text archives) are the exclusive property of AGQ and licensed content suppliers and are protected under both national and international intellectual property laws.

Any brand graphics, texts, logos or distinctive imaging displayed on agq.com.es are registered property of AGQ and/or licensed information suppliers, and cannot be reproduced, altered, adapted or translated by third parties without express authorization by AGQ. No employee or other representative of AGQ is authorized to grant permission to use AGQ marks or to provide guidance in their use unless licensed with a formal written agreement.

Any usage agreement on behalf of AGQ does not in any case imply or mean cessation of ownership or transfer of rights; nor does it mean any reproduction, distribution, or transmission not explicitly expressed in writing.

AGQ highly values intellectual property and will take necessary steps to guard against dilution and the use of third-party marks that are similar to those of AGQ and/or which are likely to cause confusion.

AGQ is not responsible for any potential harm arising from web usage/page access; users are solely responsible.

AGQ does not to object third-party references; however, a purely referential use or nominative fair use of AGQ material must be in plain text. Hyperlinks to AGQ web links must always display the AGQ logo and must never display false, inexact or erroneous information or any other information contrary to law.

Titular owners of other sites that wish to hyperlink to www.agq.com.es are agreeing to refrain from potentially controversial associations -racist, xenophobic, pornographic, terrorism- and/or any other material that could harm the image of AGQ.

AGQ hyperlink usage on www.agq.com.es does not necessarily imply any mercantile or other relationship with the owner and/or business of said site. AGQ hyperlinks are for informational purposes unless stated otherwise. AGQ claims no responsibility for any third-party claims regarding products and/or information.
