AGQ LABS, collaborating organization in the field of Environmental Quality in Andalusia

Since last March 12th, AGQ LABS has his new register number of Collaborating Organization of Environmental Quality REC-0039, as well as his identifying label, so it’s used in accordance with article 11 of the Decree 3342012, of 17th July, which regulates the Collaborating Entities in the field of Environmental Quality in Andalusia (Spain).
The Collaborating entities are those natural of legal people, public or private, that obtain the accreditation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Environment of the Junta de AndalucÃÂa, to perform certain duties collected in the Law 72007 (GICA), in the field of the prevention and control of soil, water, waste, atmosphere and noise environmental quality. These are governed by the Decree 3342012 of 17th July, which regulates the Collaborating entities in the field of environmental quality, which establishes the requirements, functions, and obligations affecting such entities.
